Welcome to our new style newsletter! It's been a busy few months at Herb UK (when isn't it!!) and we have missed out a few issues of the newsletter. However, we hope this new system will make communication speedier and easier for everyone.

This is just a short, pilot newsletter to test out the systems, so if you have received this in error, please let us know in the marketing department on marketing@herbuk.com. Or if there is someone in your organisation that you think would like to receive future editions, then send us their contact details and we will add them to the mailing list. We don't want to send annoying e-mails out to anyone who doesn't wish to receive them, so if you don't want to receive any more e-mails, please use the unsubscribe link in the email you received.

As we hurtle towards Christmas at a fair rate of knots, it is a good time to look back and review what we have been up to in 2010.

The first part of the year was full of builders, temporary office moves and noise as we added a few more offices to the factory and built our in-house studio. This is all up and running now and has been used for several training courses. It is also ideal for testing new products and the staff are always keen when Claire and Cloe, our two educators, come into the office and help style or colour their hair!

Raoul and Rick have had a busy year travelling the globe, with trips to the USA and Canada, Australia and the Far East plus lots of shorter European trips under their belt this year. We have also been working closely with My New Hair, the wig advice and customisation charity set up by Trevor Sorbie. The charity gained a grant from the Department of Health for a series of after care seminars, which we have been heavily involved in and this has seen us travelling the length of the country.
