Behind the Scenes at our Inspired Collection photoshoot for 2020.
For 2019 the Inspired Mentor Competition was back!
The three very lucky winning Mentors were given the chance to travel to the South of England for an exclusive photoshoot, where they would produce one of the three looks that will become the Organic Colour Systems 2020 Inspired Collection. Under the watchful guidance of Global Education Manager, Cloe Hazell and with on-set creative direction from Brand Ambassador, Karine Jackson, this was an exclusive Mentor opportunity, not to be missed!
This year the inspiration for the competition was Editorial Styling. Mentors were sent a brief which asked them to submit 3 looks to form a collection with step by steps, using 100% Organic Colour Systems products and a moodboard which visually demonstrated their creative thought process. The proud winners of the competition were Sarah Whitesell, Tracey Burnap and Ceionie Aiken! You can see their winning entries here.
Now that we had winners it was time for the prize! After their flights to the UK and the trip down to Lymington, the three winning Mentors had a day to explore the home of HQ before the big shoot day. The theme of the photoshoot for 2020 was all things eco and nature because that is a huge influence for us as a brand. The images from this collection will be released in January 2020 so for now here are some behind the scenes snippets and an awesome video!
